We do not offer finance terms, however if purchased with PayPal, they can spread the cost over three payments interest free.

Yes! All our door ranges, accessories and fittings carry a 6-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Yes. We have a large range of colour-matches accessories to match our door ranges which include cornice, pelmet, panels, veneers, plinth, edging tapes, etc. In addition to the furniture accessories, we offer a wide range of fittings including drawer boxes, handles, hinges, lighting and even sinks and taps!

We do! We offer a wide range of flat-pack cabinets in both white and light grey colours. The cabinets can be put together in a matter of minutes.

Yes. We can offer standard position hinge holes of 100mm or you can specify the position if you wish to use your existing hinges.

No. Because a lot of our customers reuse their own hinges, we don’t add them to the price of the door. If you require new hinges, there is a drop-down box on every door page to enable you to select one of our many hinges.

Whilst we make every effort to display the doors as accurately as possible on our website, it is likely there will be some variation depending on our customers computer screen, lighting, etc. In order to ensure you are happy with the colour chosen, we offer a FREE sample service of the colours and if required, an inexpensive sample of a door fully refundable with an order.

Due to the nature of our online business and the areas to which we supply, we are unable to offer a nation-wide fitting service, but a local fitter/handyman would be able to assist. We are, of course, on the end of the phone if you require any assistance to help as best we can.

ALL our doors are made in Britain. They are made from 18mm and 22mm MDF wrapped in durable vinyl or a high-gloss acrylic layer.

Our delivery lead times are dependant on the product ordered. All made-to-measure doors and accessories are generally delivered in 10 working days. We also have a range of stocked standard sized doors in our Next Day Delivery section which can be delivered in 24 hours, or 48 hours if hinge holes are required. Our fittings are shipped on a next-day basis, subject to stock availability.

In the case of next-day delivery that won’t be possible due to time restraints. Made-to-measure orders are generally placed into a production schedule as soon as they are received, it there may be a short window in order to make any adjustments. We would advise that you contact us as soon as you can, and we will do our very best to help.

Whilst damages are rare, if your order arrives damaged, we require notification within 24 hours and photographic evidence emailed to us in order to resolve the situation.

Whilst we would be unable to manufacture an exact replica of your door due to the cost involved, we have such a vast range of styles and colours that hopefully we can find a good match. We do offer a FREE colour sample service and we can, for a small refundable cost, offer a sample door.
